Master The Method of Systems Engineering

This innovative and highly-practical systems engineering training course teaches essential practice-based knowledge needed to design of complex systems. Using the latest ISO 15288 systems engineering processes, you will learn how to develop:

  • Coherent and integrated operational models using the latest scenario driven methods and visual diagramming techniques
  • Integrated system functional and physical architectures using thread based analysis techniques
  • Functional models using the latest functional analysis and requirement development methods
  • Correctly scoped systems engineering programs by coherently integrating engineering management, technical and verification work packages
  • Integrated system models using a modern, easy to use system engineering tool
  • Automatically generate fully traceable systems engineering products, such as the:
    • Operational Concept Document (OCD)
    • Concept of Operations (CONOPS)
    • Functional and Performance Specification (PSPEC or FPS)
    • Systems Description Document (SDD)
    • Sub-system Specification (SSS)
    • Interface Control Document (ICD)

Based on real life practical experience, the Systems Engineering Workshop uses two different tutorials that brings to life systems engineering in practice. Tutorials threads are available covering complex system design of public transport or a military vehicle system.

Attendees receive a comprehensive set of training notes with supplementary readings materials and technical data.
